You are typically adept at transforming your shortcomings into more positive traits, but it takes real courage to be open and vulnerable in front of others. This self-expression is not, however, about playing the role of a martyr or being passively aggressive. Stand your ground, even if it means disappointing someone else. Be yourself. There's nothing to be gained from trying to live up to anyone's expectations but your own.

To do this, though, you might have to get yourself out of a rut. Ruts, rather than being bad places, are comfortable, safer places. Otherwise people wouldn't talk about them as much as they do. Just one day decide to alter your current habits slightly.
